These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at plugandplaypeptides.com (the "Site") and any services offered by Plug and Play Peptides, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Montana Limited Liability Company. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Description of Services

Plug and Play Peptides, LLC is a white-label business platform that connects entrepreneurs, brands, and content creators with a compliant infrastructure to launch physician-supervised wellness brands. We do not sell peptides or any other products directly to consumers. We provide business partnership services, marketing platform access, fulfillment infrastructure coordination, and related administrative services to approved partners.

All clinical services, prescriptions, and product dispensing are performed exclusively by licensed, independent healthcare providers and FDA-registered compounding pharmacies. The Company does not practice medicine and does not dispense pharmaceutical products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use our Site or apply for a partnership. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Partner Applications

Submission of a partner application does not guarantee approval or the formation of a business relationship. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion. Approved partnerships are governed by a separate Partner Agreement, which will be provided upon approval.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Plug and Play Peptides, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Site
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any application or inquiry

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLUG AND PLAY PEPTIDES, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Plug and Play Peptides, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Flathead County, Montana, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
