Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services and partnership arrangements offered by Plug and Play Peptides, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Montana Limited Liability Company. Please read this policy carefully before submitting any payment or entering into a partnership agreement with us.
1. Nature of Our Services
Plug and Play Peptides, LLC provides white-label business platform services to approved partners, including brand setup, platform access, marketing infrastructure, and fulfillment coordination. We do not sell products directly to end consumers. All product fulfillment is handled by independent licensed pharmacies and healthcare providers.
Because our services are primarily setup, technology, and platform-based, the refund terms below apply specifically to fees charged by Plug and Play Peptides, LLC for platform access and partner services.
2. Setup and Onboarding Fees
Setup and onboarding fees are non-refundable. These fees cover the cost of brand buildout, platform configuration, account setup, physician network integration, and other one-time services that are performed immediately upon payment and partnership activation.
If you choose to cancel after setup has begun but before it is complete, no refund will be issued for setup fees already paid.
3. Monthly Platform Fees
Monthly platform or service fees are billed in advance for the upcoming service period.
- Cancellation before billing date: If you cancel your partnership at least 5 business days before your next billing date, you will not be charged for the following month. You will retain platform access through the end of your current paid period.
- Cancellation after billing date: If you cancel after your billing date, no refund will be issued for the current month's fee. Access continues through the end of the paid period.
- No partial-month refunds: We do not issue prorated or partial-month refunds under any circumstances.
4. How to Cancel
To cancel your partnership or platform access, you must submit a cancellation request via one of the following methods:
- Email: Send a written cancellation request to help@plugandplaypeptides.com with your full name, business name, and account email address
- Phone: Call 415-619-7661 Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm MT
Cancellations submitted via email will receive written confirmation within 2 business days. Verbal cancellations by phone will be followed by written confirmation sent to the email on file. Your cancellation is not effective until you receive written confirmation from us.
5. Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge at help@plugandplaypeptides.com or 415-619-7661. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer, as most billing issues can be resolved quickly.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in immediate suspension of your account and termination of your partnership agreement. We maintain detailed records of all transactions, communications, and service delivery and will respond to all chargeback inquiries with complete documentation.
7. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit in exceptional circumstances, such as a documented technical failure on our part that prevented service delivery. Any such exception does not set a precedent for future requests.
